Ayo & Yemisi Ogbeta founded Mayo Properties Limited in 2006 and Mayo Developments Limited in 2016.

Mayo Properties Limited is a property company that manages Ayo & Yemisi properties in South East London. Mayo Developments Limited was founded to buy residential & commercial properties and land to develop to sell or rent.

Ayo worked in Investment Banking Operations for many years before realizing his ambition of working full time in property development.

Yemisi worked in the Information Technology industry as a project manager for public and private sector industries while managing the portfolio of properties purchased over the years. 

While working full time in our respective professions and since becoming full time in property, we have built a portfolio of residential rental properties. We have successfully bought, sold and repurposed properties into flats, houses of multiple occupation (HMOs) and refurbished single dwellings.

 

We were able to accomplish the above by using multiple strategies such as

converting commercial into residential, building residential on land and reconfiguring existing properties. We have working relations with Joint Venture Partners, Town Planners and Architects. We are looking for our next property development project.
